FMM-00019 (Microsoft Surface Pro Type Cover, Black). I purchased this about a year ago, but I haven't used it much and have kept it in storage since I replaced my PC. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are two marks on the suede fabric on the back that look like they've been rubbed (see the red circles in the 6th image). You can feel the difference with your finger. Operation has been confirmed.
