This is a handmade item. Pocket tissues tend to get crumpled. Putting them in a case makes it easy to identify as your own, and they're easy to use even when there's not much left. I've used color coordination for the piping and sewn it with a sewing machine for a quilted look. It may not be as perfectly straight as a manufactured product, but I sewed it with care. The lining is thin so that it doesn't become too bulky when placed in a pocket!
