Floral design skirt with elastic waist sides. Both front and back have soft pleats, two on each side of the center. I purchased this item before, but I've only worn it a few times. It no longer fits, but I'm fond of it, so I've kept it in storage. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but please consider this when making your decision. I had it dry cleaned before storing it. Measurements (taken at home): Waist: 72 centimeters The sides have elastic, so there should be some give.
