This is a very cute design with striped fabric layered with tulle. The frills, ribbons, unicorn and heart motifs, and subtle silver glitter accents are very stylish. Worn 2-3 times. There are no snags in the tulle. Overall in good condition, but there is some slight fuzzing of the fabric under the sleeves. *The name on the tag will be cut off before shipping.
