Italian-made Santini sculpture/figure. This is a classic skull, cranium, and skull motif ornament, perfect as a desktop accessory. I purchased it as an antique, so I don't know the exact age, but the resin has aged nicely to a brown color, giving it an antique feel. The sticker is peeling off, but it's still attached somehow.
