This is a Chopard and Stipula double-name fountain pen. It's a very rare item and is no longer available for purchase. It's the type that extends the nib by twisting. Unused, the included accessories are the fountain pen case, booklet, and box. I believe it's a complete set. I think it will be difficult to obtain in the future, so please take this opportunity. There is some deterioration due to age on the inside of the fountain pen case, but there are absolutely no problems with the use of the fountain pen itself.
