The oval shape makes it convenient for cooking long, narrow ingredients. It can also be stored in shallow shelves. The original box has a handle, making it easy to carry with one hand. This is a heavy, sturdy pot handcrafted by French artisans, with a durable enamel finish. The bottom of the pot is also very durable and shows little scratching. The white enamel on the inside has absorbed pigments that cannot be removed by washing, but this is due to discoloration from use, not scorching. It would become white with bleach, but bleach is prohibited as it can damage the product. There are other rust spots and minor scratches, so please examine the photos carefully before considering. While this is an excellent cooking tool, the total weight of the ingredients and pot during cooking can reach 5-7 kg, so this pot is recommended for those with strong arms and physical strength.
