I purchased this here, and we've only worn it twice for short outings. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. The previous seller's name is on the inner tag. It has been blacked out. Please understand that it will be delivered as is. While I don't see any noticeable scratches, stains, or tears, there is some fading typical of darker colors. Also, the color seems slightly lighter around both knees. Please check the images. It has an adjuster for waist adjustment. The buttons are decorative, but the zipper can be opened and closed (Image ⑦). It looks navy blue in the photos, but the color is black. When you fold up the hem, the Burberry pattern appears.
