This item was purchased new. I usually listen to CDs after ripping them to my PC, so this CD is in excellent condition, having been played only once or twice. Both the CD and the jacket have no noticeable scratches or stains. However, as it is an old CD that has been stored at home by a non-professional for a long time, the CD case will inevitably have scratches commensurate with its age due to movement during organization. Also, please understand that paper products may have age-related changes, stains, and damage. ------------------ "Live in Japan" is a live album by singer-songwriter Leon Russell. This album features two live tour sessions. The first section is from a tour held at the Nippon Budokan on November 8, 1973. The second section is from a tour at the Sam Houston Coliseum in 1971. The album included several of Leon's hit songs, such as "Tight Rope" and "A Song for You," but it did not enter the Top 200. His earlier live album, "Leon Live," reached a peak of number 9 on the US charts. This album was first released as an LP record by Shelter Records. "Live in Japan" was reissued on CD in 2011 by Omnivore Recordings, and re-released in 2013 with bonus tracks. The album was produced by Leon Russell, Shinya Ito, Peter Nichols, and Denny Cordell. These new CDs were released after Leon had six gold records.
