When used with my smartphone (OPPO Reno7 A), even with the phone's volume at maximum, the sound from the earphones is at a medium level, quieter than other earphones. However, when listening on a computer (Windows), the sound is loud and clear when the volume is turned up, so the sound level seems to vary depending on the device. (Probably because PCs have a higher maximum volume than smartphones.) I haven't tested with anything else. Therefore, it's not a defective product, and this may be normal, but they don't suit me, so I'm selling them. They should be fine for use at night or in quiet places, and for those who don't listen at high volumes. Those who primarily use a PC may also be able to use them without any problems. Using them outdoors or on trains, where there is a lot of external noise, may be difficult depending on the device.
