I bought this in Vietnam. It's from a shop called em em. The tailoring is solid. The color is a dark, bluish gray. The glossy fabric gives it a luxurious feel. There are beads attached to the fabric where it's gathered. You can wear this comfortably now that it's getting cooler. I think you can wear it for parties or everyday wear. #partywear #
