This is a Japanese National Railways work uniform, commonly known as a "Nappa" suit. Originally navy, I purchased this one after it had been dyed black by a vintage clothing store. The cotton parts are dyed black, but the sewing thread is navy, possibly polyester, which creates a very nice accent. ■Measurements Sleeve length: 81 cm Width: 52 cm Length: 68 cm Size is approximately men's M.
