I bought this quite a while ago. The vintage fabric patchwork is incredibly cute. I used to wear it over a fitted t-shirt or tank top, but I think you could wear it on its own. It has a lining, and the shoulder straps are adjustable. You tie it at the neck with a matching fabric string.
