The material is nylon grosgrain, and it seems to be coated on the back, making it wind and rain resistant. The snap buttons open and close well, but the copper color is showing through from wear. There is some rubbing on the hood lining around the neck. There are no other noticeable damages, but this is a used item, so please purchase it if you understand that.
