For those looking for one. There is a barely visible scratch on the bottom from the trivet (photo 7). Other than that, there are no visible scratches or stains, so I've rated the appearance as "Like New", but it is a used item purchased from an outlet. There are air bubbles and uneven paint, which are characteristic of Le Creuset. Paint splashes can be seen on the underside of the pot (photo 5). The box has some damage from storage.
