There were no quality labels or tags when purchased. My child wore this when they were 110cm tall, so I think it's around that size. Tulle included. There are pen marks on the hem. I will ship it as is. Since a child wore this, there are some damages and stains. Also, the feeling of wear differs from person to person, so there may be discrepancies from the description.
