I used it for about a year, mainly on weekends. There are many small scratches on the handle and frame, but they are not very noticeable. It comes with the instruction manual. The seat has been home-cleaned, and the main body has been disinfected with alcohol. I have a dog. I will do my best to remove dog hair, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will also include a Pigeon genuine Bingle rain cover. This has been used three times and is in particularly good condition with no noticeable scratches.
