This is a set of a natural wood sushi oke (tub) and five Kiso hinoki (cypress) shamoji (rice paddles). The wooden sushi oke was used 2-3 times and has been stored for a long time. Upon inspection for listing, there was some dirt (rust) on the copper band around the oke (see photos 8 & 9). Five brand new, unused Kiso hinoki shamoji are included. Perfect for temaki sushi (hand-rolled sushi)!
