This is a shigoki (sash ornament) for Shichi-Go-San (the traditional Japanese festival for children). The fringe is uneven, and there is damage like in image 8. It is still perfectly usable as a shigoki. ☆Reference image ④ This is an image from the recently published "Katei Gaho" magazine - an arrangement suggestion for mourning clothes. I thought it could be used as an obijime (sash tie) if cut to a suitable length. I hope to sell it to someone who understands antiques.
