This is a black tote bag from TORY LEATHER. I purchased it at BEAMS over five years ago. They also had it in brown, but this black one was definitely cooler. Height: 32cm, Width: 38.5cm Made in the USA. I've only used it a few times, so the leather and brass hardware will develop a nice patina with use. You often see belts and pouches online and in stores, but I think this bag is rare because it's not often sold.
