This is a shag pouch for hand-rolled tobacco. It's a matte black with a soft, supple texture. Thickness is approximately 1.5mm. A roller won't fit, but it can accommodate tobacco from American Spirit to Golden Virginia. I believe it can hold most pouches. Thank you!
