I wore these shoes very few times, and I used heel protectors when I did, so there's no wear and tear. I'd say they're almost as good as new, but to avoid any issues, I've selected "no noticeable scratches or stains." As you can see in the photos, the condition is excellent, but since they are not brand new, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
