This is an older model, but it's a high-end drum throne. The height adjustment uses a screw mechanism, so the height won't change while you're sitting on it. The seat has some fraying, but it's still perfectly usable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition, as this is a used item.
