GUYATONE LG-480 Custom Series “Professional” made by Guyatone (Japan) This is a vintage Stratocaster from the 1970s, made in Japan. It features a sunburst body and a maple neck. This is a well-made guitar manufactured during the golden age of Japanese guitars. Since the 1950s, GUYATONE has handled numerous brands both for export and domestic markets, supporting the history of Japanese guitars. This instrument, while a relatively orthodox Strat type, still conveys the high quality expected of a high-end domestic model of the time. ■ Condition ・Minor scratches on the body edges and headstock end. ・Slight play wear on the finish of the lower part of the fingerboard (see photos). ・Overall, it is in very good condition for a 1970s instrument. ※ The pickguard fixing screws are not original, and one is missing. ■ Operation/Condition ・Sound output and all electrical systems are in perfect working order. ・The pegs (tuners) operate smoothly. ・New strings have been replaced prior to listing. ・Neck and playability are both excellent. ■ Additional Information ・Tremolo arm is not included. ・Compatible tremolo arm diameter: 5mm (Measured with a digital caliper) ・A case is not included, but it will be carefully packed and shipped.
