This is a Rilakkuma two-tiered lunch box. Each tier comes with chopsticks. The top two tiers also have bags. The bottom tier was taken out of its clear outer packaging once to check the contents, but it is unused. Box included. This was a non-sale item given away by Joshin Denki. I don't think I'll be making lunches anytime soon, so I'm putting it up for sale.
