This is a mezzo piano culotte skirt. It's a check pattern made of tweed fabric. It's very cute. It can be worn for a casual outing or a sophisticated, formal occasion. My daughter loved it, but she's outgrown it, so I'm reluctantly selling it. The button area has some discoloration. I'm not sure if it changed during wear.
