This is a clear seal binder I purchased this summer. It was used by an adult. There are no smokers or pets, but there are six ring marks on the part circled in yellow in the third image. It became quite clean after wiping, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item. The fourth image is a case that can store small seals, etc. #IchiHachiSeal
