This is a Tokai custom edition Stratocaster I purchased quite a while ago. I was planning to continue customizing it by replacing the tuners and bridge, but I've accumulated too much gear, so I'm putting it up for sale. Regarding its use, the color is black with a large headstock, white pickup covers and knobs, a maple fingerboard, and a 3-bolt neck, giving it a 70s Fender David Gilmour-esque design. There's something like a serial number written on the back panel, and it might be from 1985. (The last 5 digits have been removed for processing) I've forgotten the name, but the pickups were replaced with Fender USA custom shop ones a long time ago. The string height is relatively high, so I think it has a fat tone. Recently, I've replaced the jack plate. I replaced the volume pot with a CTS A-curve pot. I replaced the screws on the pickguard and back panel with stainless steel ones. As it's an old instrument, I've restored and upgraded it, but the tremolo arm is missing. There's a small sticker burn mark on the headstock. There's a small burn mark near the 6th string tuner. The tone knob feels a little heavy, but there's no problem with its operation. Other than that, there are small scratches, dirt, small rust on the metal parts, and dust that couldn't be completely removed, but I've cleaned the body, neck, and frets to some extent. The strings were replaced with Elixir Optiweb 10-46 on August 16th, and I haven't touched it except for a test play to check the sound. As an addendum, although not an accessory, I'll include an old Ibanez nylon soft case for simple packaging. The zipper is faulty, so please prepare another case when carrying it. I look forward to your purchase if you understand the above points. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment. #JapanVintage #Tokai #Fender #Dtm #Strat #Stratocaster #Fendercustomshop #Fenderusa #Fender
