This is made of 100% cotton fabric that feels smooth. It has an elastic waistband for a relaxed fit. It has a zipper, button, and pockets on both sides. It looks like a wrap skirt, but it's the design. There are fold wrinkles. I bought this here and wore it once. Please understand that this is a used item.
