It's likely a print. It has been stored at home in a frame for over 30 years. It's probably a print of a work by Yumeji Takehisa. There is a slight wrinkle on the corner. Also, as it is an old item, the colored paper appears slightly yellowed. Other than that, there are no noticeable stains or scratches, so I think it can still be displayed.
