Zojirushi Nanbu Tekki Kiwame Hagama 5.5-cup rice cooker. Purchased in 2015 for approximately 110,000 yen. I loved and took good care of it. There are small scratches overall, but it was functioning without any problems until recently. It was the top-of-the-line model at the time. It was very useful because it could cook delicious rice in as little as 23 minutes. The inner pot coating is peeling. I've replaced the inner pot twice, so the inner pot itself has been used for about 4 years. I contacted Zojirushi, and they said that even if the coating peels off, it has no effect on the body and can be used as is. If you are concerned, you can contact Zojirushi's customer service center to inquire about the sale of the inner pot only. There is a crack in a plastic part, but it was still able to cook rice without any problems. As indicated on the back, the main body has been repaired once through after-sales maintenance.
