CARAN D'ACHE NEOCOLORII 15 Colors I purchased this unopened last year and have used it a little since opening it. I've only used it to create a color chart. Please check the photos for the amount used and any stains. There is noticeable damage to the surface of the tin (marked with a circle in image 5). Otherwise, there are no major scratches or dents. All colors can be drawn with without issue, and I have confirmed that they dissolve in water. A sponge was placed at the tips of the pastels, but it had deteriorated, so I have discarded it. I plan to pack the gaps with bubble wrap or something similar. I will ship via Yu-Packet Post using a thin cardboard box. I will ship within 24 hours of purchase. There are no accessories, and everything in the images is included. Please refrain from price negotiations.
