This is a PORTER TANKER 6-hole binder system notebook case (system binder). I remember buying it around the year 2000 at Tokyu Hands in Shibuya. The zipper feels a little stiff due to age. It also comes with an orange cover (?). As you can see in the photos, there are scratches on the back of the cover.
