This is a skirt made of cut-and-sew material. As you can see in the second image, the material tends to attract white threads, etc. They should come off with tape, but the item will be delivered as is. It's new with tags, but the tags are wrinkled, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. It has pockets on both sides.
