Actual size is 18cm (foot length). Worn and washed only once at the left and right ends. They were too small, so I'm selling them as a set of 4 pairs with unused items. These are not cheap ones from the 100-yen store, etc. There are 5 pairs in the image, but please note that the black socks with red dots are not included. High socks are recommended because they keep your feet very warm. They are made of soft, stretchy fabric.
