I received this but don't know how to use it, so I'm offering it to someone who can. I don't know how to use it, so I won't be able to answer any technical questions. There's one string extending from the guitar. It's the wire-like thing in the bottom of the 7th image. The only included accessories are those shown in the pictures. To prevent any swapping, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
