This is a used book. Personally, I don't mind, but I believe there are some scratches, scuffs, etc. If you are sensitive or excessively seeking a pristine item, please purchase a new one elsewhere. The DVD is included. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet using plastic wrap and an envelope. I will not use excessive packaging like heavy cushioning.
