This is Cheerie-chan (28cm tall), released by Mattel during the Showa era (1970-1980). She's tall and has a slightly more mature face, making her a rare collector's item. The face and overall condition are good. Her clothes are also cute and Showa-retro. (Some tears and stains) The matching hat has a chiffon ribbon in beautiful condition.
