MELTON's tuba mouthpiece, 24AW. I used this as my main mouthpiece and kept this as a spare, but I've started using other mouthpieces, so I'm selling this as I no longer need it. It was originally listed as an accessory for a Meinl Weston Fafner. Detailed specifications are unknown. I only kept this as a spare, so I haven't actually used it, and I don't think there are any deformations. However, I purchased it used, so there are some minor scratches and some blackening due to storage. Please consider purchasing this after understanding the above condition. My personal impression is that the blowing feel and tone are similar to a Bach 24AW, but the shank tip is about 0.5mm to 1mm thicker than the Bach 24AW (Photo 5 shows the MELTON for sale, and Photo 6 shows a Bach 24AW for reference, but it is not included). In fact, with my Meinl Weston 25 instrument, the Bach fits to the proper depth, but this mouthpiece sits quite shallowly. I was thinking of having the shank modified someday, but it never happened.
