This all-lace dress can be worn year-round for weddings and parties. It's a free size, but it fits me perfectly, and I'm small (S size), so I don't recommend it for tall or large people. It's short, reaching around the bust. Elementary school students in the upper grades could probably wear it. Because it's lace, it doesn't have a tag originally.
