Although it's new and unused, it has been stored for a long time. This is an easy-to-use tie that simply snaps into place. I believe there are no scratches or stains, but I apologize if I missed anything. There are a few fold wrinkles. I plan to ship it via Nekopos (a Japanese delivery service).
