This is a Super Mario folding umbrella. It comes in a commemorative box designed to look like a noshi paper wrapping, and is not for sale. The box has some scratches and dents, but the umbrella itself is new and unused. If you don't need the commemorative box or if the box is slightly crushed (as shown in image 6), I can ship it via Yu-Packet Plus and will discount it to 2700 yen.
