This is a Nagoya obi with a pale pink background and a sumi-e (ink wash painting) style camellia pattern. I received a large number of kimonos from relatives, and I'm selling some that I won't wear. Width: 30.3cm, Length: 359cm (please allow for some error). Camellias are depicted on both the otaiko (back of the obi) and the body. It is a Nagoya-style construction. I've given it a general once-over and it seems to be in good condition. I apologize if I missed anything. There is a tiny snag, less than 1mm, on the camellia on the otaiko, which I have photographed (image 4). It's been about 30 years since it was made, so I think it falls into the antique category. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about age-related damage. I will take measures to protect it from water damage and fold it compactly for shipping. *I believe it is likely silk, but I cannot guarantee it, so please refrain from inquiries about the material.*
