I think it's a down vest that you can enjoy in various ways. It's 80% down and warm. I don't think there are down jackets with such elaborate designs these days. The color is lovely, and it's 3-way, so I fell in love with it at first sight, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm reluctantly putting it up for sale.
