This is a 4-piece set. It has been stored at home for a long time and used a few times. As shown in the photos, one black headband has a missing piece where the hair clip attaches. The other black headband has what appears to be adhesive residue in one spot. The ribbon has come off and is missing. I personally didn't mind either of these issues when using them.
