This is a black knee-length pleated skirt featuring a lace hem. I wore it once to a wedding. There is no elastic in the waist. It was stored on a skirt hanger, so there are slight clip marks (see photo 3). Care Instructions: This product has been pleated, but it is not permanent. The pleats may disappear with wear or cleaning. To maintain the beautiful pleat shape, do not fold it; always hang it on a hanger for storage. Do not iron the pleated areas.
