This is a Monopoly Deluxe Edition released in 1996 to commemorate the 10th World Championship. It appears to be a North American version of Monopoly with a Japanese instruction manual included. The item is still shrink-wrapped, but the package has some stains. As it is the Deluxe Edition, the houses and hotels are wooden, and the tokens are gold-colored.
