I have hemmed these with a sewing machine. (Please note the stitching.) I never wore them, so they've only been tried on. I bought these as business pants. There is no material tag originally, but the fabric is not winter weight; it's a regular thickness. Waist (flat): 36.5 cm Inseam: 69 cm The waist has elastic, but it might be better not to assume it stretches. The size feels more like an M than an L, so I put it in the M category, but please refer to the actual measurements. Some of the hem stitching is loose, so you may want to re-sew it. It might come undone. Please understand this before purchasing.
