This is a set of 3 ceramic teacups & saucers and cake plates from the Hvidsten / White Stone series, produced by Løvemose / Løvemose (1942-82) in Denmark in the 1960s. The form is engraved with striped irregularities, and the whole is covered with a generous amount of white glaze, with the base color faintly visible in the shades of beige. It is a tea cup that is easy to use everyday and has a warm, plump feel. It has a similar atmosphere to the popular "Astier de Villatte" in France. We have also received cake plates this time, so I think it is rare.
