The fluorine coating prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easy. 【Important Safety Instructions】 Never dry-heat the pan. Never use for deep-frying (e.g., tempura, fried foods) as oil may leak through the holes and cause a fire. Cannot be used for boiling or stewing. Apply oil thinly with an oil brush, avoiding pouring it directly into the holes. Pour liquid seasonings along the outer edge (pouring from the center will cause them to leak through the holes). Cooking with alcohol may cause the flames from the holes to ignite. The fluorine resin on the raised areas of the holes may wear off with frequent use. The outer bottom is donut-shaped, so it may slip on the stovetop trivet. Always hold the handle when using. Not compatible with induction cooktops. Due to the holes, the stovetop and the outside of the frying pan may get slightly dirty depending on the food being cooked.
